Carmen Perfumes is a premier fragrance brand in the UAE, renowned for creating timeless, high-quality perfumes. We are looking for a skilled Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team and oversee all government-related documentation and processes.

As a Public Relations Officer (PRO) for Carmen Perfumes, you will manage all governmental and legal matters, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. You will be responsible for visa processing, document management, labor law compliance, and liaising with various government entities. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and maintaining accurate, legally compliant records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Government Portals: Proficient use of UAE government portals, including MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation), GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs), and other e-services.
• Visa Processing: Manage the full cycle of visa processing (employment, residence, visit, etc.), renewals, and cancellations.
• Labor Law Compliance: Ensure all HR and administrative processes adhere to UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Document Management: Maintain accurate records of all employee documents, including visas, labor contracts, and personal files.
• Legal Documentation: Draft and review legal documents such as employment contracts, NOCs, and other official letters.
• Liaison Skills: Liaise with government departments to facilitate smooth processing of required documentation.
• Communication Tools: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders using email, phone, and video conferencing.
• Data Management: Use Excel and other data analysis tools to manage data and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a PRO role within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with government portals and e-services.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with government authorities and stakeholders.
