Reporting directly to the Director of PR & Corporate Communications, we\'re looking for someone eager to build connections and make a lasting impact in Proptech PR and Brand Activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Work hand-in-hand with the Director to craft and deliver the overall PR and Partnerships strategy in harmony with our company\'s objectives.
Explore and manage beneficial partnership opportunities, focusing on ventures that align with our company\'s vision and objectives within multiple target audiences and industries.
Launch and manage ongoing brand activations and partnerships, forming beneficial alliances that resonate with our brand\'s energy
Keep track of relevant industry events, activities and trends, identifying key opportunities for Property Finder.
Take charge of intimate PR, influencers and clients event projects, transforming them into unforgettable experiences under the guidance of the Director.
Lead and inspire our PR agency, ensuring the creation and execution of standout PR and Media engagements that differentiate us from the clutter.
Discover and leverage opportunities to enhance our brand narrative across varied media platforms.
Serve as the main point of contact for Property Finder\'s press team, coordinating communication between our PR agency and internal teams.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or Media field
5-8 years in the PR realm, with a proven track record in identifying potential partners, understanding mutual goals, and nurturing relationships.
Adaptable to a high-growth and fast-paced vibrant working environment
Hands-on experience in planning, organizing, and executing activations and events. Understanding of logistics and stakeholder management.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a passion for great creative and editorial writing.
Driven by passion and consistently aim for the best results, ensuring that partnerships are not only formed but are also successful and productive.
