Media Relations: Build and keep up connections with media contacts to secure coverage in newspapers, magazines, online outlets, and television. Create and share press releases, media alerts, and other promotional materials.
Content Creation: Craft and refine various forms of content, including press releases, speeches, blog articles, and updates for social media. Make sure the content is in line with the company\'s message and voice.
Strategic Planning: Formulate and carry out PR strategies and initiatives to promote the organization\'s brand, products, or services. Keep an eye on how well campaigns are doing and make necessary adjustments.
Event Management: Organize and oversee press conferences, media gatherings, and other promotional activities. Handle the details, manage the event, and ensure it garners positive coverage from the media.
Brand Management: Ensure the company\'s message and branding are consistent across all communication platforms. Keep an eye on public opinion and tackle any issues that might affect the organization\'s image.
Internal Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share important messages and updates with employees. Create and manage internal newsletters, announcements, and other forms of communication.
Market Research: Carry out studies to understand the target audience, industry trends, and the media environment. Utilize these findings to shape PR strategies and evaluate the success of campaigns.

Qualifications
Minimum experience of two years in a similar role in 5-star Luxury Hotel.
The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
A people person who is able to make genuine connections with their colleagues and guests.
A genuine passion for customer service with a strong focus on always making our guest\'s feel welcome during their stay.
