As a PRO and Administrative Officer, your main responsibilities will be as the following:
• Process trade licenses and liaise with DED/MOHRE for requirements.
• Manage and schedule employee and company expiry documents.
• Process, renew, and cancel visas, employment, and related documents.
• Coordinate with utility providers and government departments, manage payments, and arrange services as required by the Operations Department.
• Handle employee records, register companies and employees, and update via Al-Ansari.
• Process contracts with other companies as required.
• Working as part of the team to ensure the effective and efficient running of the activities.
• Any other relevant jobs as assigned by the Managing Director.
The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field of study.
• At least 1-3 years of experience - ideally in a PRO role.
• Strong government communications (Arabic & English).
• Knowledge of Documentation Management - preferrable.
• Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing).
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge in business principles, business administration.
• Proficient in relevant software applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
