Job Title: Public Relation Officer (PRO) Location: UAE (United Arab Emirates) Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English About Us: We are a leading company in the UAE real estate market, dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. : Responsibilities:
- Liaising with all the Government authorities like Dubai Land dept, Economic dept Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities and other government Departments & others etc.
- Assure all business transactions are updated, follow-up on official approvals and permits,
- to prevent unnecessary violations.
- When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police
- Station, Ministries/Municipalities and other government Departments.
- Respond / deal promptly and productively on general enquiries about PRO functions.
- Manage documentation and paperwork required for employee visas, work permits, and residency permits.
- Ensure timely processing of all visa and labor-related applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Keep abreast of the latest changes in labor and immigration laws and ensure company compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to governmental affairs.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience as a PRO in Dubai, with a strong understanding of UAE labor and immigration laws. (2 years or more)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Valid UAE driving license and has own vehicle is preferred.
- Arabic (Preferred)
