PRO Responsibilities: o Accountable for renewal & retaining the validity of TRADE licenses. o Has experience in drafting and finalising PoA and MoA. Also understand various registration requirements at local courts. o Provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, EID, Residence Visa, Tourist visa, along with other jobs including to change of Sponsorship / partner / agent, Issuance, Renewal and Transfer of Visas, Processing Visa documents, Invitation Letters, Residency, Work Visa, Visit Visas, Permits, Licenses, Registrations, Attestation of legal documents, forms for processing various visas. o Responsible to prepare all documentation and follow up on all Government Relations Procedures including various Offices of Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Commerce, GDRFA, MOHRE, Federal Authority for Identity, citizenship, customs and port security, Civil Defense, Embassies, Traffic & Police Departments, Courts, Airports, Municipality Office, and any other Ministries required in full compliance with laws and regulations, etc. o Has prepared, supported and knows processes for golden visa and investor visas. o Updating and maintaining the Visa Management database on real time basis e.g. scanning of offer letter, Photo, passports, labour contracts, labour cards, EID and visa details; Scanning of all Education Certificates etc. Expenses to be updated daily with all the receipts attached. o Provide expert advice to business and employees on all visa formalities and all other govt related procedures. Assisting employees and managers with day to day PRO queries; HR (Limited) Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Personnel Files & Records: o Responsible to create personnel files for all employees; o Responsible to keep all personnel files up-to-date and ensure to file all documents related to the employees employment in HRMS. o Ensure to maintain and update HRMS database as and when required. o Maintaining proper employee files and records. o Maintenance of HR Database, ensuring that it is accurate, complete and factual at all times. o Transmission of these data, as required, to Finance or other departments within the company. o Provision of appropriate, accurate and timely information as may be required by the Management team. \xc2\xb7 Visa management and compliances to Labour Laws: o Assist in the coordination of the visa process with client HR; o Liaison with Client HR with regards to: \xc2\xa7 new starters - documents required to process employment &/or visit visas \xc2\xa7 leavers - documents required to cancel/transfer visas \xc2\xa7 weekly report to HR team on progress of visa status of new starters o Liaise and ensure visa and labour card renewals are planned and completed on time o Maintain a database of all labour cards and visa expiries and advise on the same. o Ensure the completion of all the employee visa / work permit related processes as per the law of UAE. And tracking renewals of employee visa \xc2\xb7 Payroll processing and WPS payment (Monthly): o Record and verification of attendance and payroll for all staff members Qualifications and Experience: \xc2\xb7 Min 10 years of UAE experience as PRO. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skill in English. \xc2\xb7 Tagalog MUST \xc2\xb7 Added advantage Arabic language speaking, typing & writing \xc2\xb7 Has worked on HRMS and Payroll system / application like Zoho People, ConnectHR and SAP Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
