Coordinate efficiently with Government organizations/authorities (including Immigration, MOHRE, Consulates, etc.), ensuring timely and reliable services with reference to employee relevant legal paperwork such as visa processing, cancellations, renewals, etc.
Ensure timely services with reference to business licenses and permits.
Assist HR team in maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements including Emiratization, while keeping track of new rules and updating the team and management regularly.
Facilitate medical license registrations, and relevant procedures as per industry regulations (DHA, MOH, DOH).
Coordinate and facilitate any medical/police procedures in the event of any unfortunate cases (accidents, offences, or demise) related to employees and the company.
Liaise with embassies for any business trips or other requirements that may arise.
Administer and facilitate processes related to financial regulatory authorities, economic department, municipality, chamber of commerce, etc. in coordination with the Finance team and/or other departments in the company.
Facilitate import/export clearances in liaison with the procurement and distribution departments, as required. Ensure proper liaison with the concerned regulatory bodies.
Liaise with the Labor department and/or legal advisory teams (internal/external) for any cases/grievances along with the HR team, and ensure resolutions are arrived at in the best interest of all concerned.
Keep track of all rules and regulations in various sectors and advise the management and concerned departments from time to time.
Facilitate marketing activities, promotions, corporate events, etc. by obtaining the necessary approvals in liaison with relevant authorities.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and services.
Requirements:The ideal candidate should:
Possess a Bachelors Degree.
Have minimum 3 years UAE experience in a Public and Government Relations/Liaison role (Healthcare industry experience is an advantage and preferred).
Have excellent networking, interpersonal and communication skills (English with basic Arabic as an advantage).
Be a holder of a valid UAE Driving License.
Be available for immediate joining, is required.
