Public Relations Officer (PRO) - Part-Time/Full-Time

Salary: AED 2,500 - AED 5,000 per month

About the Role:

Como Lounge is looking for a proactive and well-connected Public Relations Officer (PRO) to act as the key liaison between our establishment and the government, making sure that everything runs smoothly and that all regulations are met. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and liaise between Como Lounge and government authorities for all related services including Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, Employee Emirates ID, visa cancellations, etc. Manage company license renewals and vehicle registration renewals. Assist in Assets Management. Provide basic support in HR-related duties. Handle company petty cash. Secure new employment visas/work permits for expatriate employees. Monitor and renew employee residence permits. Provide expert advice on visa formalities and government-related procedures. Maintain accurate records of all services provided. Stay updated on government rules and regulations, adapting to changes as needed. Prioritize and accomplish urgent tasks efficiently.
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with strong experience working with government organizations and embassies. Extensive network and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English. Valid Driving License. Good computer skills, especially in MS Office.
