As a Public Relationship Officer, you will oversee a wide range of administrative and HR-related functions essential to the organization's operations. Your role will encompass managing visa processing, insurance matters, government paperwork, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visa and Immigration Processing:
• Coordinate the entire visa process for new hires, including visa applications, medical tests, and Emirates ID.
• Handle visa cancellations and transfers as per company policies and UAE regulations.
• Maintain updated knowledge of visa rules and regulations and ensure compliance.
• Insurance Administration:
• Manage employee health insurance plans, including enrollment, renewals, and claims processing.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure coverage meets company requirements.
• Assist employees with insurance-related queries and issues.
• Government Paperwork and Compliance:
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation to government authorities for labor approvals, permits, and licenses.
• Ensure timely renewal and compliance of trade licenses, company registrations, and other legal documents.
• Liaise with government departments for inspections, audits, and compliance matters.
• General Administrative Support:
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to employees, visas, insurance, and legal documents.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• HR and Employee Support:
• Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations as required.
• Facilitate employee orientation sessions and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee queries regarding administrative matters and provide necessary support.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on visa processing, insurance administration, and government compliance.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and government procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative software.
• Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in HR management or relevant field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the UAE.
• Familiarity with insurance policies and claims processing.
• Fluency in Arabic would be advantageous.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
