will be responsible for handling government-related documentation, visa processing, labor approvals, and legal compliance for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
? Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor permits with MOHRE & Immigration.
? Liaise with government authorities (DED, GDRFA, MOHRE, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
? Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
? Handle document attestation, trade license renewals, and company registrations.
? Maintain up-to-date records of employees' visa and labor contracts.
? Assist employees with medical tests, Emirates ID processing, and other official procedures.
? Manage government-related online portals (TASHEEL, GDRFA, ICP, MOL, etc.).
? Stay updated on new UAE labor laws and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
