Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- The first point of contact for new students, parents, visitors, and other customers; and to deal with their requests and inquiries as appropriate.
- Welcoming and assisting new students, parents, and guests who visit the Sheik Zayed Center.
- Assisting in the admission and registration process.
- Liaising with the Registration Office, Colleges, and other Offices ensuring that student-related process
- Guide and help the new students in opening their files online through the AU Web Page.
