Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Psychology Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching psychology to students preparing for IGCSE, AS, and A Levels, as well as the CBSE board. This is a commission-based role, offering an excellent opportunity to earn based on performance and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Psychology tailored to the needs of IGCSE, A and AS Level, and CBSE students.
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the individual learning needs of students.
• Assess student performance through regular tests and provide constructive feedback.
• Guide students in developing critical thinking and analytical skills for exam success.
• Stay updated with the latest syllabus and exam patterns for IGCSE, AS, A Levels, and CBSE.
• Collaborate with the centre's team to improve teaching methodologies and student performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching IGCSE, AS, A Levels, and CBSE Psychology.
• Strong understanding of the curriculum and exam requirements for these boards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position. Compensation will be tied to performance, with earning potential based on student success and class growth.
