Job Description

This is a full-time role for a CDA licensed Psychologist. You will be responsible for providing therapy to children with autism, learning difficulties and developmental delays in a one-on-one setting. You will work with a team of professionals and report to the Behavioral Analyst.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in the field of applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy
• Training in and experience with discrete trial teaching, task analysis, prompt fading, and behavior reduction techniques
• Ability to keep detailed records of sessions and progress
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with children with learning difficulties and developmental delays preferred

Experience:

• ABA: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CDA License (Preferred)
