Job Summary

:
As a Psychiatrist at All Point Healthcare Center, you will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with mental health disorders. You will collaborate with other mental health professionals and work directly with patients to develop individualized treatment plans, offering therapy and medication management as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients. Diagnose mental health conditions based on clinical evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications as necessary. Provide psychotherapy or collaborate with other therapists in treatment. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Ensure accurate documentation of patient records in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Maintain a collaborative and empathetic approach when working with patients and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry. Valid DOH License Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with patients. Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to patient care. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
