Job Title: PSBD Driver

Job Summary:

The PSBD (Private Security Business Department) Driver is responsible for safely transporting cash, valuables, and security personnel between locations. This role involves adhering to strict security protocols, ensuring the safety of the transported items, and maintaining the vehicle in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation and Security:

1. Safely transport cash, valuables, and security personnel to and from designated locations.

2. Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.

3. Maintain a high level of vigilance and awareness to prevent theft, loss, or unauthorized access.

Adherence to Security Protocols:

1. Adhere to all PSBD regulations and company security procedures.

2. Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle and security equipment to ensure they meet security standards.

3. Ensure all security measures are in place and functioning correctly during transportation.

Vehicle Maintenance:

1. Ensure the transport vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working order.

2. Conduct regular checks of the vehicle's mechanical and safety systems.

3. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

Documentation and Reporting:

1. Maintain accurate records of trips, including times, locations, and items transported.

2. Complete required documentation and reports promptly and accurately.

3. Report any security breaches, incidents, or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.

Customer Service:

1. Interact professionally and courteously with clients and colleagues.

2. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

3. Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and trust.

Emergency Response:

1. Be prepared to respond to emergencies, such as vehicle breakdowns or security incidents.

2. Follow company procedures for handling emergencies and report incidents to the appropriate authorities.

3. Ensure the safety of all passengers and items during emergencies.

Training and Development:

1. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on security protocols and procedures.

2. Stay informed about new security technologies and techniques.

3. Assist with the training of new drivers and security personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Valid PSBD license and certification as a security driver.

3. Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a security or cash transport role.

4. Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols.

5. Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.

6. Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Working Conditions:

- PSBD Drivers typically work in secure environments, such as banks, financial institutions, and armored transport vehicles.

- The role involves physical activity, including lifting, carrying, and operating security equipment.

- Standard working hours apply, but overtime, evening, and weekend work may be required during peak periods or special assignments.

- The work environment may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and potential security risks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
