We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Prosthodontist to help us with our dental needs. We\xe2\x80\x99re a family of four and we all have different dental needs. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who can help us with everything from teeth cleanings to braces.

Prosthodontist Duties:

• Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement
• Oversee all aspects of prosthodontics, from treatment planning and implementation to follow-up care
• Recruit and train associates
• Maintain a positive work environment
• Identify opportunities, develop, and implement plans for expansion and growth
• Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas

Prosthodontist Responsibilities:

• Doctoral degree in dentistry or prosthodontics (3+ years general dentistry and 1+ year prosthodontics)
• License to practice in the state in which employed (2 years clinical experience)
• Proven experience in a management role

Requirements And Skills:

• Expand the company\xe2\x80\x99s base of customers and our Services into new regions
• Guide and develop professional relationships with other dental practitioners
• Promote the products and services of the Company
• Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing programs
• Track revenues, expenses, and progress toward financial goals
• Maintain the dental chair-side equipment inventory
• Help develop and implement sales strategies
• Work closely with team members on appropriate office systems, staffing, and procedures
• Identify training needs and identify resources
• Participate in administrative, financial, and strategic planning activities
• Review subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99 bids
