Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proposal Development: Lead the creation, development, and delivery of high-quality proposals, including responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Content Creation: Write clear, concise, and compelling content that effectively communicates KNZ Solutions\xe2\x80\x99 capabilities, benefits, and differentiators. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, insights, and approvals for proposal content. \xe2\x80\xa2 Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client requirements and internal standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Formatting and Design: Ensure proposals are visually appealing and professionally formatted in alignment with company branding guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deadline Management: Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with high-quality submissions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuous Improvement: Maintain and update proposal templates, standard content, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of proposal development processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Research: Conduct research on potential clients, industry trends, and competitor offerings to tailor proposals and position KNZ Solutions effectively.

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry. Preferred Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with federal, state, and local government contracting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and terminology. \xe2\x80\xa2 APMP certification or other relevant professional certifications. Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong project management and organizational abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with proposal management software and CRM systems is a plus.
