Manage the process of company proposal preparation and clarifications with clients
Liaise with the Clients with regards to pre-qualifications, professional enquiries, Expression of Interest and requests for quotations
Review the Client\'s RFQ documentation and translate into an appropriate Scope of work.
Provide applicable client specifications and SOW to the technical department and collate any technical clarifications for discussion with the client.
Preparation of costing spreadsheets and completion of tender pricing formats
Preparation of technical submission documentation such as sample procedures, schedules and deck layouts in cooperation with the Projects/ Operations Departments
Prepare the proposal, including both technical and commercial aspects, for internal review in accordance with Client requirement\'s
Respond to Client clarifications and seek tender feedback.
Prepare the project handover documents and lead the meeting to transfer information over to the incoming Project Manager
Maintain accurate records of tender and proposal information
Assist our regional offices with any commercial activity as required
Attend Client pre-bid meetings or marketing conventions overseas when necessary
Assist the Tender Manager / Commercial Manager/BDM as required.
Additional Requirements:
Able to understand technical / AutoCAD drawings
Excellent communication skills in English; Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Good abilities in using MS Office applications (Excel).
Open to travel abroad, whenever required, for meetings and visits
Good understanding of commercial terms and alternative pricing structures
