1.Monitoring portals for new RFQs

2.Carefully analyze the RFQ to understand the scope of work and client requirements. 3. Collaborate with other departments Like engineering, sales and finance to gather necessary information.

4. Identify the suppliers who will offer its services.

5.Develop strong relationships with suppliers to get enough support for our customer requirements.

6. Coordinating with the customers to support their requirements/queries/clarifications.

7.Prepare detailed cost estimates for the project, including labor, materials, and overhead. 8. Prepare clear and detailed proposals that address the client's needs.

9.Ensure all proposal documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. 10. Ensure all awarded jobs are delivered to customers on time.

Proposal Engineer Requirements:

Bachlors Degree in Engineering- Instrumentation /Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical

Candidate should have experience in AutoCAD for sample handling system design.

Experience -minimum 3 to 5 years experience in EPC Projects , Oil & Gas Industry.

Ability to work well in a team and on your own.

Ability to complete the given task in time.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
