The Role

Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-Time We're hiring a motivated and passionate FEMALE Property Specialist at Zeal Way Real Estate! : As a Property Specialist at Zeal Way Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, building relationships with clients, and providing expert advice. Responsibilities: o Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences. o Conduct market research to identify new properties, trends, and opportunities in the Dubai real estate market. o Create and maintain relationships with clients, offering personalized service and expert advice throughout the property transaction process. o Prepare property listings and marketing materials to showcase available properties effectively. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred, o Solid experience in the Real Estate Industry, off plan or secondary sales, or a related role is an advantage, o Strong understanding of the local property market and trends, o Excellent communication and negotiation skills, o Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus
