Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent specializing in the off-plan market.

Basic Salary plus commission offered.

Requirements:

• Relevant sales experience, including strategic sales, business-to-business sales and account management organization.
• Multi-lingual. Preferably Russian, Arabic ,Portuguese, French , German, Italian , Spanish or Chinese.
• Driver's License.

Responsibilities:

• Proven track record in developing strategic customer partnerships and year-over-year revenue growth.
• Building, maintaining and restructuring relationships with Real Estate Brokers, and Freelance Property Consultants who can help and assist in bringing newer clients.
• Demonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fast-paced environment.

• Target-oriented mindset, someone who understands the value of commissions more than the salary itself.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Local knowledge of Real Estate would be strongly preferred
• Someone who believes in bringing in the best numbers and being rewarded for the same.

Experience:

• Real estate: 2 years (Required)
• Developer Experience will be add on advantage.
