Moray Luxury Living is Urgently Hiring Sales Managers for sales and rental of Luxury Real Estate across Dubai.

• Dubai Real Estate sales experience of 3 - 5 years mandatory.
• Manage a small team of real estate agents and hit the financial targets set by the Sales Director.
• Offer advice and motivate Sales agents to close deals.
• Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing.
• Set weekly, monthly, and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve.
• Perform human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, and hiring new staff.
• Conducted daily and weekly sales meeting.
• Marketing - planning, budgeting, and coordinating events or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for the office.
• Plan, design, and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limits.
