We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in off-plan and primary sales and an in-depth understanding of Abu Dhabi's real estate market. Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Execution:
• Handle off-plan, primary, and secondary property sales.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close deals to achieve monthly targets.
• Client Management:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guiding them through the buying process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Market Knowledge:
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market trends, new projects, and regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of available properties and developers' portfolios.
• Documentation:
• Ensure all sales-related documentation and processes comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
Qualifications:
• Experience: At least 2 years of real estate sales experience in Abu Dhabi.
• Licenses:
• Valid Abu Dhabi broker license is highly preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Skills:
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and lead management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other languages are an advantage.
• Transportation: Must have a valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Compensation:
• Salary: AED 2,500 - AED 4,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
• Commission: Attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
