1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales and increase property portfolio. 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in the real estate market. 3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. 4. Provide excellent customer service, addressing clients needs and resolving issues promptly. 5. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. 6. Collaborate with the marketing department to create engaging promotional materials and advertising campaigns, including video content production with our professional videographer/photographer to enhance lead generation. 7. Regularly prepare and present detailed sales and performance reports to senior management, utilizing CRM tools for sales tracking and Excel for managing rental properties, with updates provided every Monday. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the property market, including new developments and price trends. 9. Participate in property exhibitions, networking events, and other promotional activities to enhance the company's presence in the market. 10. Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and other promotional activities to bolster our market presence. 11. Engage with various developers, attending launches of new projects to ensure a broad and up-to-date portfolio.
