Property Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

Maintain Client Contact

: Provide market advice and resolve issues promptly.

Deliver Excellent Customer Service

: Keep accurate sales records.

Identify New Property Listings

: Secure buyers and negotiate terms.

Develop Market Knowledge

: Attend promotional events.

Create Content for Listings

: Generate necessary permits.

Understand the Dubai Map

: Have knowledge of developer projects.

Be Comfortable in Front of the Camera

: The company will provide facilities and a photographer to assist you in creating and publishing your content on social media.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

: In Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Fluent English

Effective Communication Skills

: Provide clear advice and consultations.

Negotiation Skills

: Achieve the best possible deals for clients.

Deep Understanding of the Dubai Real Estate Market

: Stay updated with new developments.

Marketing and Promotion Skills

: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.

Essential Technical Skills:

CRM Systems

: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Social Media Platforms

: Knowledge of how to effectively use social media for marketing.

Microsoft Office Suite

: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
