Position : Property Sales Consultant
Responsibilities :
Create and implement efficient marketing plans to advertise properties and draw in new customers.
Support customers during the entire sales process.
Participating in and organizing open houses and other promotional activities
Client consultations and property viewings
Carry out market analysis and aid in property valuations
Gain knowledge about real estate transactions, such as purchasing, selling, leasing, and investing.
Requirements:
•At least 6-12 months of Dubai Real Estate Experience. •
Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
Positivity and an openness to learning
The capacity to manage numerous tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere.
English fluency is required, and other languages like Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is a plus.
A working vehicle and UAE driver's license is preferable but not mandatory.
