Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct market research to identify potential properties and clients.
• Build and maintain a network of potential buyers, sellers, and renters.
• Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the real estate transaction process.
• Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers and renters.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions.
• Stay current with market trends and property values in the local area.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records of real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members and professionals in the real estate industry.
• Attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license.
• Proven experience as a real estate agent or a strong sales background.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems.
