Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about the properties.
• Assist clients in the buying or selling process, including negotiations and closing deals.
• Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and property values.
• Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Prepare and present offers to clients, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and property sales processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and tools.
• Valid real estate license (if required by the state).
