to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the local property market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and finalize transactions. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. Manage property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing marketing materials. Stay informed on the latest real estate laws, regulations, and developments in Abu Dhabi. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive marketing efforts. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing property features and benefits.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate sales or consultancy. Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.

Preferred Skills:

Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous. Certification in real estate or property management (e.g., RERA certification) is preferred. Familiarity with online property portals and social media marketing.
