Required Education, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or any similar field.
With valid UAE Driving License
Proven experience in sales, real estate, leasing, property management or similar in UAE
Strong knowledge of the UAE market and industry which includes the leasing laws and practices with focus on Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Well-versed in technical/leasing operations and property management best practices
Ability to lead and manage teams and projects with exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; analytical and problem-solving skills
Main Objective:
To ensure timely and efficient contract management, providing effective tenant/customer satisfaction and retention. Responsible for directing staff, managing lease agreements, conducting negotiations, and overseeing overall property management.
Duties & Tasks:
Renewing, extending, and terminating lease agreements as needed
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Drafting and Managing rental agreements and tenant relations.
Issuance and termination of Tawtheeq.
Collecting security deposits and rental payments
Enforcing late payment policies
Keeping records of all property details and documents.
Conducting regular move-in and move-out inspections.
Coordinating routine maintenance and repairs with facility management team
Handling Tenants complaints and Addressing their inquiries and concerns to the right channel
Maintaining up-to-date documentation, such as tenant's identification documents, property lease agreements, commercial agreements, inspection records, and maintenance records.
Advertising and marketing vacant properties
Conducting property and space tours for potential tenants
Processing rental applications and screening tenants
Staying updated on rental market trends and competitor pricing
Preparing regular occupancy reports, ongoing tasks report and leasing performance insights.
