English required, Arabic/Russian is a plus Item Responsibilities Overview The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mix-use facility consisting of Residential, Retail and Grade A Offices. This person will ensure the building is well-maintained, the tenants are satisfied and have a channel for discussion, and the property operates efficiently. Property Operations
Manage and oversee the overall operation
Ensure compliance with all regulations related to property management
Supervise and coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and renovations with facilities management, fit out coordination or other relevant parties as required
Tenant Liaison
Act as the main point of contact for tenants and address their concerns promptly
Facilitate communication between tenants and property management
Ensure tenant satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem resolution
Conducting satisfaction surveys with tenants to see how we can improve operations
Support with Lease Administration & Payments
Working with the Leasing and Finance teams to assist with; renewals, terminations, rent collection, other payments and timely invoicing
Maintenance of accurate records of tenant agreements and transactions
Budget Management
Review and track operating and capital budgets and monitor performance and / or variations
Review and implement cost saving measures whilst maintaining high standards of service
Emergency Response & Security
Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment
Address and resolve security and safety concerns promptly
General Requirements
Effectively communicate with the management, tenants, and internal stakeholders
Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential issues in line with Emrill
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
