•Due to rising demand, Aqua properties are expanding their Property Management team and are looking for experienced property managers only. •

•Our property management department currently has the best package in the market for driven property managers who want to make top commissions. •

•As a property manager starting with Aqua, you will be responsible for building your own portfolio with the assistance of our 150 brokers in the field and our 4 offices across the city. •

•As well as building your portfolio, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the properties under your management. We do things a little different here at Aqua, we want our clients to have the most personal touch with one point of contact. It would be expected that you manage the portfolio of your clients in every aspect. •

• •Assisting your clients with expanding their portfolio. •

•You should have experience in all areas of real estate and be fully aware of rules and regulations regarding property management & leasing. •

•You must be able to handle rental disputes and have a calm & professional personality to overcome problems faced on a daily basis as a property manager. •

•You will also be responsible for the following tasks: •

• •Processing all documents & contracts •
• •Collecting rental payments •
• •Updating internal CRM system •
• •Property inspections and move-in/out reports •
• •Viewings •
• •Dealing with service providers •
• •Visiting Aqua offices regularly •

•Please note that only experienced candidates will be considered for interview. You should have a current portfolio and be RERA registered. •

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
