The Role

You'll be responsible for maintaining property standards, fostering positive tenant relations, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: o Tenant Management: o Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests. o Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and move-ins/outs. Property Maintenance: o Coordinate routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance services. o Ensure properties meet safety and aesthetic standards. Financial Management: o Collect rent, handle delinquencies, and manage budgets. o Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts. Vendor Coordination: o Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers. o Oversee vendor performance to ensure quality and timeliness. Compliance: o Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations. o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.



Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field (preferred). o Proven experience in property management or real estate in Dubai, UAE. o Strong understanding of property management software and tools. o Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
