•Job Summary:•
Tombuh project management manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of Tombuh's projects, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards and providing guests with an exceptional experience. This role involves managing rent inquires, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams, handling tenants inquiries, and ensuring that the properties are compliant with local regulations.
•Key Responsibilities:•
1. •Property Management:•
- Oversee the management of Tombuh projects, ensuring properties are well-maintained and fully operational.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to address any issues promptly.
4. •Compliance and Regulations:•
- Ensure all properties comply with local laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, and other required documentation.
- Stay informed about changes in local regulations and update practices as needed.
5. •Marketing and Promotion:•
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties and attract clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the visibility of properties on various platforms.
6. •Financial Management:•
- Prepare and manage budgets for property operations.
- Track expenses and revenue, providing regular reports to upper management.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of services provided.
7. •Team Management:•
- Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff, maintenance personnel, and other support staff.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage for all properties.
•Qualifications:•
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and booking platforms.
- Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance requirements.
