•Job Summary:•

The Holiday Homes Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of holiday homes, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards and providing guests with an exceptional experience. This role involves managing reservations, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring that the properties are compliant with local regulations.

•Key Responsibilities:•

1. •Property Management:•

- Oversee the management of holiday homes, ensuring properties are well-maintained and fully operational.

- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to address any issues promptly.

2. •Guest Relations:•

- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

- Respond to guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints quickly and efficiently.

- Create a welcoming and personalized experience for each guest, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

3. •Reservations Management:•

- Manage and optimize booking platforms and calendars to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.

- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.

- Process payments and manage financial transactions related to bookings.

4. •Compliance and Regulations:•

- Ensure all properties comply with local laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.

- Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, and other required documentation.

- Stay informed about changes in local regulations and update practices as needed.

5. •Marketing and Promotion:•

- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties and attract bookings.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the visibility of properties on various platforms.

- Monitor guest reviews and online ratings, taking steps to improve the overall reputation of the properties.

6. •Financial Management:•

- Prepare and manage budgets for property operations.

- Track expenses and revenue, providing regular reports to upper management.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of services provided.

7. •Team Management:•

- Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff, maintenance personnel, and other support staff.

- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.

- Schedule and manage staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage for all properties.

•Qualifications:•

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar role.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in property management software and booking platforms.

- Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance requirements.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
