Job Role- Assistant Property Manager (Holiday Homes Manager)Location- DubaiMandatory 1 year of experience in Holiday Homes.Responsibilities-
Managing Freehold properties in UAE.
Managing all aspects of property Management.
Dealing with all Legal documentation.
Focused on enhancing client satisfaction by effectively resolving issues and rendering qualitative service delivery.
Interacted with clients for collating & evaluating requirements and rendering customized solutions
Coordinated activities related to property hand-over and take-over, soft services including preparation of monthly budgets Generated business through acquisition of new tenants based on referral from existing tenants as well as advertising response
Collaborated with various support teams in marketing of vacant units aimed at accomplishment of business targets Consolidated various status reports as well as maintained updated records and files based on statutory requirements
Dealing with all the contractual requirements
Effectively managed the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal functionality, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards
Developed and executed strategic leasing plans, minimizing vacancy rates and maximizing rental income
Demonstrated strong financial acumen by creating and managing property budgets, accurately tracking income and expenses, and effectively managing variances
Created compelling property listings, conducted property tours, and performed thorough tenant screenings, ensuring quality tenant placements
Conducted comprehensive market research to determine competitive rental rates, resulting in optimized property pricing strategies
