Job Summary :
Oversee the management and operations of residential and commercial properties. Ensure properties are well-maintained, tenant satisfaction is high, and financial goals are met.
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage property operations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Handle tenant relations, including addressing complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain property budgets and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with local property regulations and standards.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing efforts for vacant units.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in property management, real estate, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in property management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management software.
