Job functions will include but will not be limited to:

Assist Property Management with the day-to-day operations and tenant relations through the coordination of tenant requests, payments record and maintenance services.
Provide support to Property Managers by producing, modifying and /or distributing various forms, spreadsheets, manuals, information packages, and miscellaneous type-written information.
Process correspondence for tenants, contractors and other third parties for Property Management staff.
Maintain and update Tenancy Contracts Register files for all properties and issuing renewal notices.
Maintain and update as necessary all tenant contact information.
Maintained a highly organized filing system for leases, tenants, rental cheques, vendors, buildings, drawings, and owner documents.
Assisted property manager as needed on special projects.
Assist with the coordination of rent/lease collections.
Delivering of tenant\xe2\x80\x99s renewal notices.
Complete, as necessary, all required paperwork for the property, including rental collection and pending renewals.
Support Coordination with Sales team for clarification of matters related to leasing/ outstanding issues.
Having good experience in Microsoft package.
Able to prepare AMC reports and follow up for preventive maintenance and maintenance reports, and vendor billing.
Manage Property Vacancy reports on weekly basis.
Customer Account follow up and clearance from System.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
