Position Overview:
We are urgently seeking a highly motivated Property Management Coordinator with exceptional business development skills. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and property portfolio while managing existing properties efficiently. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new business, which is crucial to our continued success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to bring in new clients and properties for management. This is a top priority for this role and vital to our expansion strategy.
• Property Management: Oversee daily operations related to property management, including tenant communication, maintenance coordination, lease administration, and rent collection.
• Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients, utilizing marketing, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and prospective clients to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to leverage opportunities for growth.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on property performance, client acquisition activities, and business development progress.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong background in business development with a focus on client acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
