Job Overview:

As a Property Manager at RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and operation of residential and commercial properties. Your role will involve ensuring the properties are well-maintained, managing tenant relations, and optimizing rental income for property owners. You will also work closely with other team members to uphold the company's reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
• Handle leasing processes including property showings, lease negotiations, and lease renewals.
• Oversee rent collection, budget management, and financial reporting for assigned properties. Ensure timely payment of bills and manage property expenses.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair services, ensuring properties are kept in excellent condition.
• Ensure properties comply with local regulations and building codes. Handle necessary paperwork and inspections.
• Conduct market research to set competitive rental rates and implement strategies to attract and retain tenants.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality services and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Experience: minimum of 2 years of experience
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Abu Dhabi's real estate market, local regulations, and property management software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with tenants, property owners, and vendors.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle and resolve issues efficiently.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
