Position: Property Management Consultant (Female only)

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for real estate? Are you adept at building relationships over the phone? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Property Management Consultant at FAZAL REAL ESTATE BROKER

Responsibilities:

1. Arrange the sales properties: Arrange the sales properties from the owners on daily bases through calls.

2. Number of Properties: At least 2 properties must be arranged per day.

3. Property Bring them in our Portfolio : she must be brought those Properties in our portfolio on daily bases.

4. Database Management: Update and maintain Owners databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective follow-ups.

5. Owners Follow-up: Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls, to get the information of new properties and market trends.

Requirements:

1. Experience: A minimum of 2 to 4 years of tele calling experience in the real estate sector is mandatory.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive communication style.

4. Sales Acumen: Good understanding of real estate sales processes.

5. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of calls and tasks effectively.

6. Team Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with the sales team, providing them with qualified leads and insights.
