• Female Candidates
• Possess a minimum of two years of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market with comprehensive knowledge of the industry.
• Conduct proactive outreach through phone calls to generate leads and assess property availability.
• Communicate with landlords and property owners in assigned areas to ascertain property availabilities.
• Compile property data, including surveys and summary reports, to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in property listings.
• Set performance goals for the team and monitor progress towards achieving them.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss listings, market trends, and strategies.
• Proficient in both Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
