Listing Properties:
• Create detailed property listings for residential, commercial, and/or industrial properties.
• Gather accurate information about properties, including specifications, features, amenities, and photographs.
Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive pricing for properties.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of listings, inquiries, and transactions.
• Coordinate property viewings and inspections.
Personal Attributes:
Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Customer Service: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service to clients.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple listings and transactions simultaneously.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changes in the real estate market and industry trends.
Qualifications:
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in real estate, property management, sales, or customer service is often required. Experience specifically in property listing and marketing is advantageous.
• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, proficiency in using real estate listing platforms and CRM software, and a good understanding of local real estate laws and regulations.
