We're looking for a Property Listing Admin & Receptionist to manage the front desk while overseeing administrative tasks related to property listings and client interactions. Your role will involve a combination of customer service, office coordination, and support for our busy real estate brokers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a solid understanding of real estate operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Reception and Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
2. Property Listing Administration:
- Manage and update property listings on Property Finder.
- Ensure listings are accurate and up-to-date, and work closely with brokers.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in real estate administration.
- Knowledge of listing platforms like property finder. CRM Real Estate is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
