We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Property Leasing Consultant to manage commercial and residential leasing, along with secondary sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing Activities:
• Identify and secure properties for leasing in the commercial and residential sectors.
• Build a personal Bayut profile with accurate and compelling property listings.
• Manage viewings, negotiations, and tenant-landlord agreements.
• Secondary Sales:
• Handle secondary property sales and assist clients in finding suitable investment opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Client Engagement:
• Provide exceptional service to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong client network to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated on market trends, property availability, and pricing strategies in Abu Dhabi.
• Hybrid Work Model:
• Balance office responsibilities with fieldwork to find and secure new property listings.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in leasing and secondary property sales in Abu Dhabi.
• Licenses:
• Valid Abu Dhabi broker license is highly preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Skills:
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and property listing platforms like Bayut.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic is required; English and other languages are an advantage.
• Transportation: Must have a valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.

Compensation:

• Salary: AED 2,500 - AED 4,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
• Commission: Competitive commission structure on leasing and sales performance.
