Responsibilities: • Prepares Tenancy Contracts, Addendum, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• Must have Real Estate Back Office Experience in Dubai
• Experience in Real Estate advertising Portals.
• Maintaining property files
• Ensure contracts are signed by the landlord within a satisfactory time frame
• Managing client leads, database and enquiries.
• Providing full back-office support to agents and team
• Registering and renewing agreements with developers Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks for sales and lease transactions
• Prepare and process documents, contracts, NOC and agreements accurately and efficiently
• Prepare tenancy contracts & documents for all leases, knows about Ejari, etc.
Skills :• Proven experience in administrative roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Real Estate Experience of at least 5 years
• Knowledge on using CRM systems and platforms like Property Finder Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS office applications
