:We are seeking an experienced Property & Facility Manager (Emirati) to oversee and manage the efficient operation and maintenance of our client\xe2\x80\x99s properties and facilities in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management with a proven track record of successfully managing complex facilities.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Implement strategies for managing property operations.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor and improve performance of soft and hard services.
\xc2\xb7 Forecast and manage property budgets to enhance profitability.
\xc2\xb7 Reduce operational costs and ensure maximum value for money.
\xc2\xb7 Adhere to safety regulations with frequent inspections.
\xc2\xb7 Maintain properties to ensure they are functional and appealing.
\xc2\xb7 Plan and direct essential central services like reception, security, and maintenance.
\xc2\xb7 Schedule and oversee property maintenance and investment evaluations.
\xc2\xb7 Manage contracts, supervise contractors, and address tenant concerns effectively.Requirements\xc2\xb7 Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil disciplines
\xc2\xb7 Preferably holds a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential or equivalent
\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Facilities Management
\xc2\xb7 Strong technical understanding of building systems, concepts, and regulations
