Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Developer Executive to oversee the successful implementation of our residential building projects from inception to completion. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire development process, from concept to delivery and handover.
Manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, and projections, ensuring timely updates and adjustments as necessary.
Conduct land feasibility studies to assess project viability.
Collaborate closely with the contracting team to achieve desired outcomes.
Ensure effective commercial and project management throughout the project lifecycle.
Engage and manage all necessary stakeholders, including architects, engineers, designers, and contractors.
Ensure projects comply with all regulatory and quality standards.
Drive the execution of property designs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in property development, with a strong background in architecture, civil engineering, and interior design.
Proven track record of managing residential building projects from start to finish.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
