The Property Coordinator will assist in the daily operations and management of residential or commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations and excellent tenant relations. Key Responsibilities: . Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. . Property Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of repairs. . Lease Management: Assist in preparing lease agreements, renewals, and terminations; maintain accurate lease documentation. . Rent Collection: Manage the rent collection process, ensuring timely payments and addressing any payment issues with tenants. . Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on rent collection, outstanding balances, and property financial performance for management review. . Vendor Coordination: Liaise with contractors and vendors for property services, including maintenance and repairs. . Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards. . Marketing Support: Assist in advertising available properties and conducting property tours for prospective tenants. Qualifications: . Prior experience in property management or a related role is advantageous. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. .
