Key Responsibilities :

• Client Consultation & Needs Analysis :
• Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Provide tailored advice on property options based on client requirements, such as location, budget, and amenities.
• Market Research & Property Valuation :
• Conduct thorough market research to understand current property trends, values, and the competitive landscape.
• Provide property valuation services based on market data and comparable property sales.
• Property Listings & Viewings :
• Advertise and promote properties for sale or lease through various platforms.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals :
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions between clients and sellers or landlords.
• Coordinate the final stages of property transactions, including paperwork and legal formalities.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Offer post-sale support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues.
• Sales Strategy & Target Achievement :
• Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
• Actively generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
• Legal & Compliance :
• Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations.
• Advise clients on legal aspects, contracts, and necessary paperwork.
• Reporting & Documentation :
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding sales performance and market trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
